Gilda Duhs

Gilda has an instinct for deal making and representing her client’s best interests. Earning her bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from USC, Gilda knows all aspects of the real estate industry. She began her career in commercial real estate representing corporate clients. Her tenacity, market knowledge, and desire to provide excellent service has gained her an excellent reputation. Since 1987 she has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has completed more than $25,000,000. in local residential sales. During the 2nd quarter of 2008, she was in the top 1.8% of the agents within Coldwell Banker.

Renee Bernard

Renee is a vital part of our marketing support team. She helps coordinate our extensive, targeted advertising campaigns coordinating professional photographic services, helping to schedule our newspaper and magazine ads, maintaining your home’s presence on real estate internet websites, and assisting with the preparation of our personal mailing materials.

Alexandra Duhs

Alexandra is our marketing assistant, specializing in internet marketing. She strategically works on property placement, SEO (search engine optimization), website strategy, and social media.

Peggy Tilden

Peggy is our transaction coordinator. Once we open escrow, she will be coordinating the paperwork and helping us to meet the deadlines necessary. She will be communicating with the agents involved and the escrow officer to help make the process seamless.

Jim Power

Jim is a mortgage broker with our Coldwell Banker affiliate, First Capital Mortgage. He will act as a consultant helping to assure the buyer’s ability to procure the needed financing to buy your home.

Nancy Bell

Nancy is an escrow officer with West Coast Escrow, a Coldwell Banker affiliate. Communication is a key in concluding a successful escrow and Nancy is always available as well as being highly experienced. As issues occur, she is a master at problem solving and getting the job done.
