The Village Homes

Would you like to live within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach?  The Village incorporates the streets off of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and Glenneyre (two parallel major arterial streets).  This area is on the inland side of PCH beginning downtown and running south a few miles.  Laguna Beach High School is located here just above downtown off of Park Avenue.  Because the area is somewhat flat in topography, ocean views can be minimal but again one is very close to the activity in town.  Architecturally, one can find many cottage style homes originally built in the 1940’s or earlier.
