It’s true. I believe we have nearly hit bottom in the affordable parts of the communities of Laguna Niguel ocean view homes and Dana Point ocean view homes. Those homes that sit near the coast and are priced under $650,000. are in high demand. Especially if one wants to avoid a short sale or bank owned, it is almost impossible. Dana Point homes, in the zip code of 92629, more in the Monarch Beach homes area, ranked #2 on OC Register’s list this past Sunday. This is due to the low foreclosure numbers, level of sales activity, and price stability. If you are an investor or entry level home buyer and want to know when to take the leap, now is the time. Now as these ocean view and ocean close homes get sold the next higher price range gets affected positively and on up the chain to the higher price ranges. What are your thoughts? Let me know.
