Deciding to purchase real estate, whether it’s your 1st, 2nd, or the ultimate home of your dreams, is an amazing time in anyone’s life, and the decisions you will need to make as to when, where, and how much, definitely deserve time and careful examination.  When contemplating as to the “where”, you have many options to consider such as a particular state, city, or even country.  However, investigating the type of “where” may help you to narrow it down and focus on the type of real estate that is right for you.

Many people will often find it easy to find their final two choices, for real estate, with some of the most popular choices being city living and beach living.  Would you like to be close to major grocery and department stores, have immediate access to highways and freeways, do you enjoy the energy of the hussle and bussle of the city and look forward to snuggling into your luscious bed in your new state of the art condo or estate….or are you torn because….you also yearn to awaken to the sound of rolling waves crashing on white sand beaches, long to take moonlit walks on the beach after dinner every night,  plan to restore a sense of inner peace by watching ocean sunsets and enjoying all things coastal?

While these two choices can seem quite distinct, you may not have to make the painful decision to pick just one.  With so many great coastal “cities” in Orange County, is it possible to get both?  The answer is, quite simply, yes!  Orange County has some of the most diverse, beautiful, and upscale communities in all of California.  With luxury homes on the beachfront as well as inland, you can either choose to have direct beach access with a short drive to upscale restaurants and shopping centers….OR….purchase real estate inland with direct access to upscale restaurants and shopping centers with a short drive to the most beautiful beaches on the coast.

Unlike many areas in the country, Orange County, California offers the best of both worlds, and, the opportunities currently provided in this “buyer’s market”, may even make your “when” and “how much”, just that much easier to achieve!
