Gilda is a native of the South Orange County Coastal Area having lived in the cities of:  Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Laguna Niguel her entire life.  Surrounded by real estate transactions as she was growing up, Gilda has an instinct for deal making and representing her client’s best interest.

Earning her Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from USC, Gilda knows all aspects of the real estate industry including:  appraisal, real estate law, marketing, and finance.  She began her career in commercial real estate representing national and regional clients relocating their businesses.  Her tenacity, market knowledge, and desire to provide excellent service with integrity gained her an excellent reputation.  Gilda has been licensed as a California Real Estate Broker for over 20 years.

For recreation Gilda enjoys traveling, tennis, horseback riding, the beach, and reading.

She understands the value of investing in real estate and has watched values grow over the years in Southern California.  Gilda specializes in the South Orange County Coastal Communities of Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Monarch Beach, and Dana Point.  She knows these areas well and still enjoys all the benefits of living here with her husband and three daughters.
